Question: How to Order?
Answer: All orders must be placed via our website. You will receive a confirmation email after payment has been made. Kindly check your spam/junk folder if it is not in your inbox. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email, please whatsapp/ email us so that we can investigate into the matter.
Question: How to cancel/amend my order?
Answer: If you wish to make changes to your order, kindly fill in the amendment request form (found on the Contact Us page) at least 48 hours prior to your requested delivery time. Such acceptance of changes will only be confirmed, subject to the management’s discretion.
Question: Will you disclose my information to the recipient?
Answer: All orders submitted to us will be confidential and will not be disclosed to the recipient. As such, please do not forget to include a message to let them know who the gift is from. The price of your order will also not be disclosed with the delivered product. Price of the order will be available at your confirmation email.
Question: What payment methods are accepted?
Answer: We only accept online payments through our online store upon confirmation of your order. Credit/ debit card, local online bank transfer, Touch N Go & Grab e-wallet are accepted.
Delivery & Pick-up
Question: Where do you deliver?
Answer: We deliver our products to Klang Valley and selected areas in Selangor.
Question: Can my order be sent at a specific time?
Answer: Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods promptly and according to agreed delivery time slot, we cannot promise the exact time of arrival for deliveries. Should you require your orders to be delivered at a specific time, we recommend to self-arrange a third party delivery service or self-collect at our pick-up point. Please visit our delivery policy for further details.
Question: The receiver is not present during the allocated time slot, where will the tart(s) be placed?
Answer: Buyers need to ensure that the recipient will be at the designated delivery address before selecting the date and time when placing the order. Should the recipient be unreachable during the allocated time, the delivery charges will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. The driver will only leave the items on the delivery drop-off table, guardhouse or at the receptionist with the consent of the buyer.
A second attempt for delivery will be made only upon request, and additional delivery fees will be charged separately. The fee will be based on the return trip from our location to the recipient’s address.
Question: Where is your store located?
Answer: Our pick-up point is at 102A-2A, Block G, Jalan PJU 1/3B, SunwayMas Commercial Centre, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You can locate us via Waze/ Google Maps.
Question: Can I walk-in to pick-up some baked goods?
Answer: Whilst we advise pre-ordering via our website ahead of time. Should you under any circumstance, require some tarts for immediate delivery/pick-up, please contact us via Whatsapp to check our availability for the day. For this, do allow us some time to prepare upon your order request (it could take from 20 minutes up till an hour).
Question: What would I need to bring with me for pick-up?
Answer: For pick-up, we would require your name and your order ID. If you have instructed for another recipient to pick-up, please ensure the recipient is able to provide your name & order ID.
Question: What if I am not able to make it in time for my pick-up slot?
Answer:
Pick-ups are available from
- Tuesday to Friday (11am to 5pm)
- Saturday and Sunday (11am to 3pm)
If you are unable to pick-up on the same day, your order will be kept till the following day.
Products
Question: How can I include a message card for the recipient?
Answer: Do fill in the “message” section upon checkout. All messages will be prepared on a message card, it will not be written on the tart.
Question: Will knife and candles be provided along with my purchase?
Answer: A knife and a candle will be provded only in 7" and 9" tart orders.
Question: How should I store the tarts?
Answer: All products must be kept refrigerated upon receiving. Do not freeze. Please refer to our serving and storage information under each product section.
Question: The tart(s) I've received looks different.
Answer: Whilst we aim to maintain the highest accuracy and consistency in the production of our tarts, please note that all products are handmade, thus, kindlly allow for a slight variation in design, colour, size and weight.
If you have received a completely different product, please reach out to us via email/ Whatsapp immediately upon receipt.
Question: Are your products halal?
Answer: All products are made with Halal ingredients. We do not use alcohol in our desserts.
