Delivery

*Free delivery is provided for purchases above RM 250. 

We offer delivery service of our products to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor). Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 5pm, and from 11am to 3pm during Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that the delivery will be fulfilled within the chosen time slot. Customers that require their orders to be delivered at a specified time are advised to self-collect at our pick-up point, alternatively, self-arrange a third party delivery service (Grab car/Lalamove).

Should you require a delivery service, do opt and fill in the required information upon checkout. Buyers are required to check that the full, complete address and details are accurate before proceeding with the order. Delivery arrangements will be made immediately upon confirmation of your order, hence a should you wish to make changes to your order after confirmation, kindly fill in the amendment request form (found on the Contact Us page) at least 48 hours prior to your requested delivery time. Such acceptance of changes will only be confirmed subject to the management’s discretion.

Should you require the tarts to be delivered to multiple venues on the same day, you will be required to place the orders separately on our website.

Delivery fees do not apply for self pick-up and self-arranged delivery. Should you wish to pick-up, instead of requiring a delivery service, kindly opt to self pick-up upon check out.

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver goods promptly and according to agreed delivery time slot, we cannot be held responsible for early arrivals or unforeseen circumstances leading to any delay in delivery. This includes transport delays; Government regulations; acts of God; or any other cause beyond our control, are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or compensation will be made for any delay of deliveries. Buyers are advised to select a time slot with these possibilities taken into account.

Buyers need to ensure that the recipient will be at the designated delivery address before selecting a date and time when placing the order. Should the recipient become unreachable during the allocated time, the delivery charges will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. The driver will only leave the items on the delivery drop-off table, guardhouse or at the receptionist with consent of the recipient

A second attempt for delivery will be made only upon request and additional delivery fees will be charged separately. The fee will be based on the return trip from our location to the recipient’s address.

Please opt for self pick-up or self-arrange a third party delivery service if you cannot risk the items arriving earlier or later than a chosen time frame.

Door-to-door service is an optional service for high-rise, multi-storey buildings. Please note that extra charges do apply for this service. For standard deliveries, drivers will only hand over the tarts to the recipient at the drop-off point, lobby, or ground floor of the building, where the area is accessible by car with no parking required.
