Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by TINY AFTERS PATISSERIE and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, a refund process for the payment made will be initiated.

“Item” and “Items” refer to all products offered by Tiny Afters.

“We” and “Us” represent Tiny Afters and all its personnel.

Cancellations

Should you wish to make changes to your order after confirmation, kindly fill in the amendment request form (found on the Contact Us page) at least 48 hours prior to your requested delivery time. Such acceptance of changes will only be confirmed subject to the management’s discretion.

The management reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders placed given notice for whatever unforeseen reason that it’s deem to.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of orders once your order has been processed eg. item has been prepared, delivery has been arranged or item has been delivered.

In the event that the product delivered to you was damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 2 hours of receipt at hello@tinyafters.com with your order number and images/ video of the damaged item. All defective/ damaged items need to be unconsumed, or in the state that such condition was found.

We will look into the matter accordingly by considering all relevant expertise and evidence leading up to the delivery/collection. Where we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose through the fault of Tiny Afters, a full or partial refund either by cash, or a replacement item will be given, whichever, we, in our sole discretion see fit. In the event we find that the damage arose was not through the fault of Tiny Afters, no refunds or replacement Items will be given.
