What is Lotus Biscoff?

A cameralised cookie butter spread.

The cream cheese and lotus biscoff have a complementary taste that's totally addictive and satisfying. The tart is made up of a sweet butter shortcrust pastry, with a layer of Lotus Biscoff filling and a generous amount of cream cheese. Finally an additional layer of melted Lotus spread on the top, finished with Lotus Biscoff biscuit crumbs.    


Ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Flour, Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream, Blueberry Filling, Lotus Biscoff

Allergen: Dairy (butter, cheese), Eggs, Gluten

Servings/ Storage: Keep refrigerated upon receiving. DO NOT freeze. Best consumed within 3 days. Tarts can be kept in the chiller for up to 5 days.

Our fruit tarts follows a standard recipe and kitchen process (SOP), so we don’t customise the fruits. This way, every set is consistent in taste and quality.

Our fruit tarts are recommended for same-day consumption, while cheese tarts can last 2–3 days.

At room temperature, we recommend keeping the tarts out for 2–3 hours only. For best freshness and taste, it’s always better if they can be kept refrigerated until serving.
