This Mother’s Day, we wanted to create something that felt a little softer, gentler, and special.
Our Berry Soy Cheese Tart is made with a light soy cheese filling using Kiri cream cheese, paired with fresh berries and finished in our buttery tart shell. Beneath the berries is a soft, creamy layer that’s light and delicate. The gentle flavour of soy blends into the cheese, giving it a subtle, almost silky finish that lets the creaminess of the Kiri come through.
