2026 Snowskin Mooncake

Returning for Mid-Autumn 2026. Last year, we brought back our Snowskin Mooncakes after taking them off the menu for almost 3 years and you guys cleared them out in just 18 days. So this Mid-Autumn, we’re making them again, the same four flavours you loved! 🌕✨

🍋 Lotus Paste with Yuzu Yolk — Classic lotus paste paired with a refreshing yuzu ganache centre. The slight citrusy tang helps balance out the richness of the lotus paste.

🍵 Red Bean Paste with Matcha Yolk — Sweet and earthy red bean paste with a slightly bittersweet matcha ganache centre. A familiar pairing, especially for the matcha lovers. The sweetness and the slight edge of matcha meet in harmony, each bringing out the best in each other.

🥥 Taro Paste with Coconut Yolk — Creamy taro paste paired with a fragrant coconut ganache centre. A lighter, more delicate combination with just the right hint of coconut.

🌰 Black Sesame Paste with Hazelnut Yolk — Roasted black sesame paste paired with a rich hazelnut ganache centre. Nutty and toasty, with the hazelnut complementing the deeper flavour of black sesame.

Servings/ Storage: Keep refrigerated upon receiving. Our mooncake paste are house-made and does not contain any preservatives. Thus, they are best consumed within the 10 days upon receiving.
